We will taste and compare single variety wines with those from a blend of two, three or more varieties. Then you can make your very own Birmingham blend– we’ll provide you with the necessary equipment so you can experiment until you find your perfect combination. We’ll finish with a taste off and a prize for the wine which scores the highest number of votes.
